•    Appeal to your reader’s interest.
•    Be specific and accurate.

•    Paragraph appropriately.

When e-mail is not the best method of communication?
•    Subject matter is sensitive.
•    Subject may involve conflict.
 
How do you Forward and Reply wisely?
•    Tell your reader why you are forwarding.
•    Decide when to Reply just to the sender, and when to Reply to All.

•    It more fully identifies you.
•    It should include contact information.

•    It should be short and focused.
